Return Policy
Due to the limited nature of Bijou Sauvage’s collections, effective as of January 1, 2017, exchanges will not be available and all sales are considered final purchases. Cancellations will not be made, and we will no longer be accepting returns. We hope you understand the amount of work we put into every release and apologize for any inconvenience.
We pour countless hours into inspecting each Bijou Sauvage garment, but sometimes we miss things. If your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of shipment for an exchange, or a refund if an exchange is unavailable. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you. ALL requests must be made within 7 days and must be made by the original purchaser. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and include all original packaging. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt (excluding original shipping & handling fees).
To begin the return process, contact our Facebook business page or email us at customerservice@bijousauvageclothier.com. We kindly ask that you inspect your Bijou Sauvage garments when they arrive. In the event that one is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work out a solution. We can only honor purchases made by the original purchaser, thank you for your understanding.
